converting a power door panel to manual

its been real hard for me to find a set of manual eg 4door panels
I dont see any reason why I couldnt. as long as i replace the handle part of the door panel with a non power one and cut a hole for the window crank. Would this be an okay thing to do?

honestly dont, who the hell wants to do all that work. But ive been looking for a set of 4 for 5 months in my area, and somehow (with all the honda parts you can find everyday locally or in a junkyard) I cant find one set!!!

i bought the car from some kid, good price, but the interior is painted black and is peeling, the door panels are black blue and silver... and its a horrible paintjob
