Hello probably been discussed before ...I'm bout to get a ex/si tranny 5speed how do I know its the real deal?..what are the serial numbers and where are they located?
I think one is b000? Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks much help is appreciated :thumb:

well with the lx dx trans u can get a lil bit better gas mileage

yea for Ex/Si it's P20/B000

yeah if u get a cherry picker i can help you witht he swap

but correct me if im wrong, the lx/dx trannys have the same gear ratio
or the same effin thing rite? or is there a diff??

dx/lx trans have longer gears thus decreasing accel but increasing mpg and top speed

P20 A000 DX CX LX trans, long gears, 35mm diff bearings
P20 B000 EX SI trans, shorter gears, 40mm diff bearings
