So, i need a new clutch and i decided to go stage 3 since im getting a deal on it and it comes with a 8 pound flywheel

Would me having this with stock internals ruin my car in anyway?
I slowly building up my d15z1

people are telling me how im going to blow the flywheel because its so light

No, but 8 lbs is light for a daily driven car. a lighter flywheel has less inertia.

with that setup your clutch is going to become closer to an on/off switch.
12 lb flywheel seems to be the magic number for the best of both worlds.

lol. that WILL NOT happen on a Z1. its got 90 @ the crank how it sits. that is a economy motor, thats about it.

lol, don't take those forums seriously.
I have that exact same setup (6 puck stage 3 + 8 lb flywheel) and it is nothing like stock.

I don't have any experience with their stage 2.
