SO i was thinking because d-series are cheap but also wat if you wanted to go all motor? I mean with the perfect tuning, the right parts, the time put into it, and especially the motor itself has anyone ever had a great success with an all motor d-series? Output, power and torque, even 1/4 mile times.

There's a few threads on here about this. cliff notes: for the money you'll invest, you'll make a lot more power boosting it or using nitrous. But it can be done with high compression.
