My Coupe I just bought right now im in a delema i like it and all its not the engine only has 160 KM But the down side Is The Rust In The back wheels

i dont know if i should Fix It GOOD or fix it to make it last for the summer like only putty putty and adhesive because It cost alot to so that a pro does the job .. i was just wondering what you guys think

Is it a lot of rust?? post some pics, it might be hard for you but maybe its a cake for someone else ask around for help.
