gonna clean my bay need advice

was really wanting to scrub down my bay but idk what you use...iv hear a few people say simple green. but is it safe for the paint? just dont know what to use but gonna need something a little more potent than soapy water. any ideas?

Simple green is good. Just keep the battery, fusebox, alternator & distributor dry

I use either Awesome or Green stuff. Awesome looks like a bottle of piss and Green stuff is a knock off simple green. $3 a gallon at the dollar store, I use awesome when I detail cars. On everything except windows. I spray everything under the Hood, battery, dizzy everything. Haven't had any issues in almost 15 years of detailing.
