So I bought a 1996 Civic CX hatchback, and I was trying to find out what OBD it is then found out that it is OBD-2. Just want to ask, what other Honda engines are OBD-2? Does anyone have a list? I tried googling it but all I got was for sale threads lol.

Yours would be obd2a, the 99-00 use obd2b. There is a small difference. Lots of motors are obd2. everything from 96 on up is obd2. you can grab GSRs, B16as, LS, B20s. Its easy to find them.

SO what's the difference between a and b? And it's good to know that GSRs are OBD-2 because that's one of my engine swap choices. The other engine would probably be a K, depending on the budget too..
