is after market cams needed here?

quick question :
I have a ported head with upgraded valve train "Brian crower springs and retainers" if im going to use this head, is it necessary to use aftermarket cams since the springs are stiffer? or can i just use back my old B16a cams?
i was told to use the B18c cams, problem is im not getting any
can i use my B16 cams until i get the B18's?

You can use Stock cams with upgraded valve train, Just means down the road you will be able to use a more agressive cam.

BUT IMO since you have it apart throw in some better/agressive cams :thumb:

is the B18c cams a good choice or should i go after market?, im planning to turbo the B16 later this year

well turbo cams and n/a cams are different. so the choice is yours.


if i had a plan for turbo in future i wouldnt bother on the cams just yet.
