Hey I jus remembered I had a motor in the backyard so I checked it out and I remove thisImage. From this black box located just above the oil filterImage can this be related to the pcv or is this where it is located

Is that just an open valve or is there a check ball inside? The PCV will have a check ball, but those older engine designs didn't use one. You can follow that hose to the intake manifold to verify that there's no PCV.

I've only seen those intake manifolds on 3rd generation Civics.

The plastic piece in my hand didn't have anything on the inside it was just hollow I'm startin to believe I don't have a pcv but ii will try to follow that hose and see where it leads
