The PCV will have a check ball, but those older engine designs didn't use one. You can follow that hose to the intake manifold to verify that there's no PCV.
I've only seen those intake manifolds on 3rd generation Civics.

Posted: Sat Mar 19, 2011 7:53 pmThe plastic piece in my hand didn't have anything on the inside it was just hollow I'm startin to believe I don't have a pcv but ii will try to follow that hose and see where it leads
