How to stop a blowing Exhaust?

Simple thing, my exhaust's blowing and sounds like a fart can now
Can't stand it. it's a sleeve joint connecting the backbox to the other bit [S bend?]
How do I find out where it's blowing and then how do I fix it? Is there some Putty or somethingI can get?
