#29437 I just had a company called chapman racing build the head for my z6, they did most of the work, 0.5mm oversized valves, radius cut valve ports, the whole werks, after all that work, the guy thats been doin all this for me helped me out by showing me to port and polish it on my own, for the intake side he said don't polish it. just port match for the intake mani gasket and leave it at that. it's better for it to be rough it will help with the air/fuel to mix. as for the exhaust side, do the same port match for the exhaust gasket, then polish it using an air grinder, or at least thats how the guy showed me to do it.

#29463 once you start i think you'll find it's not that hard. you just have to pay attention and take your time, don't rush. i wish i had pic's to post up but the head back at the machine shop.
