hey guys i want to get the drag dr54 rims without having to get new tires.. the tires i have now are 205/50/r15. i want that look where the rim sticks out of the tire a little bit. i heard thats called negative offset or something. do i have to get a smaller tire or bigger rim that 15 to do so??

if you can help me out that would be great

if you are not wanting to get new tires then you will need a 15x7 inch rim

offset will push the whole wheel out of the wheel well.


Rim poking out of the tire is called tire stretch.

205/50R15 is the correct tire for a 15x7 rim, so it will not stretch. If you want stretch, you will need to go 15x8 (or wider depending on how extreme you want to go)

I'd do a lot of research before buying a set of rims/tires that may not properly fit your car.
