The 2nd-hand family car (1995 Honda Civic CX D15B7 5-spd MT) is now my son's car. At the moment we are attempting to change the head gasket, and since it's apart we'll also be changing the timing belt and water pump. I can't believe how easily everything can be taken apart.

they are awesome cars and great fun to work on as long as nothing breaks.
dont forget about the timing belt tensioner while your at it!

1st week on here, and I've already learned about replacing the timing belt tensioner. Love it!
