So i got my car smoged i have the wrong cat from another state and pcv stuff missing because after market intake i just got the car so can i take it to a smog repair place or can the state do it i live in CA

hmmm i think you can pretty much pay any repair shop to do it.

If you are going to use the cali finacial assistance for smog, you have to take it to a gold shield station and they will fix it and then they will smog it.

Do you think you could show some pics of the missing pieces and maybe a pic of the cat as well? Also what type of car and motor is this?

My best suggestion to you right now is to simply move out of California.
