What size drag radials to run? & what offset for wheels
Posted: Tue Sep 16, 2008 7:00 pmI need some help picking out of drag radials. I know I want the Nitto NT-01 or the BF Goodrich TA-Drag radial.
But my question is what is the widest tire I can use?
Also looking for some cheap/good rims to mount 2 of these. They will only be used for drag. So i'm only buying 2. Also the rim size has to be 17in to clear my wilwoods.
Was looking at getting some Rotas but whatever really.
Also the fender won't be an issue cause I can raise the car up enough to clear. I'm worried about the inner clearance. What's a crazy offset I can use to push these wheels out enough to fit a wider tire? 30 offset?
