I took my car for a wash a couple days ago, and noticed oxidation on my roof. I think if I get to it now, I might be able to save it. What do it do?! I cant afford a paint job

dont wet sand it! youll take it down too far and end up with the same level of finish once youve sanded. use some coarser grade buffing compound and an electric buffer. My milano red was doing the same, then keep it polished and look after it. this is how mine went;
