Civic EG

So i got a rear lip from my buddy for my 4dr eg8. It doesnt have any hardware. The sides I can run screws through to bolt it to the bumper on each side. But i need to know how to bolt it up in the rear middle part of the bumper.
On my previous ej1 i had a rear lip on it & used self taping screws to bolt it up on each side but in the rear middle part of the bumper i have somewhat "z" shaped brackets.
Does anyone know what im talking about & where i can find them & the correct size that im going to need to bolt it up.

you can use double sided tape too.

are those rear lip oem made? or simply an aftermarket? haven't seen that yet... i mean first time in this thread...
