hey guys. im looking to repaint my car. or something like that. right now, its got the stock paint, which is a light green. basically, it looks rly rly gay and crappy (not that theres any association between those two words). is there any alternative to painting it like, maybe darkening the paint by putting on like one coat or something? i have no idea, which is why im asking. wat do you think would b the lowest price i could expect for like a rly cheap paint job. ty ty

my paint job cost me about $80



the green was done with aerosol cans, the black roof was done using the "50 dollar paint job" method using rollers and Rustoleum paint.

It's definitely not a professional paint job, it looks better from 5 feet away right now. I have still not even wetsanded or polished it.

I've been playing with aerosol cans for years though so I have some experience with the way they spray.

yea actually after posting i saw the 50 paint job thing. i have to admit im dubious. so i think i might go get a door or something from a junk yard and try it out. i never thought that aerosol would look that good tho. how did u do it exactly? and u didnt sand at all?
