Tried adjusting my headlights today. Used a philips screwdriver and tried turning the gears, but it didn't move. Am I doing something wrong?

did you try some WD-40?
Maybe new headlights, their not that expensive.

the gears turn, it just doesn't do anything Haha

headlight adjustment: doesn't want to move?
