Well my friend got 17"s for about $4000 TT (which is $633.98 US) so I'd like to be within that general range.

I think 17's are a lil too big on your car, 16's at the most would be the way to go. I'm a 15's kinda guy myself.

Do you plan on lowering it at all?
15" on a lowered 92-95 cvic looks perfect in my opinion.
14" and 16" also look good but 17" is too big I think.

I was thinking 16" myself with low profile tyres & no plans of lowering

15x7 in the +15
You pick your color.
Car would definately need a mild drop though.

Are the roads bad in your area? I would consider lowering if possible, not just for the look, but it literally makes the car handling difference like night and day. It was the most fun modification I ever did to my car and you enjoy the benefits every second.
Even a mild drop, not slammed, will be an improvement.

I know of the lowering benefits but I guess the local roads are one of the reasons why I never planned on lowering.
Some of my personal options/choices:

Just stay away from 17's..

For your car color, I'd suggest matte black or gunmetal colored rims..

agreed, stay well clear of 17's. If you can lower i'd say do, it makes such a difference and a set of 15's will sit so nicely under the arches
