Hey guys!
So I'm planning on buying this set of rims; Axis Banzai, 15x8.
http://www.cheap-chrome-wheels.com/ProductInfo.asp?strProdCode=1896
But I'm confused with the "15x8" I'm worried if it will look good or not on my sedan. What would be good specification on the tire to include these rims? I'm planning on having a 1 finger gap from the fender to the tire. Help me out EG guys !
Thanks in advance!
-John

You will need to find out what Offset the rims are to determine how they will fit

Hey teal_dx,
I tried searching to find out what offset this came in. The only resource I found was from here
http://forums.club4ag.com/zerothread?id=25524. Seems to be 0 Offset?

0offset will poke unless u pull ur fenders... I say go wit a 15 offset to give it a nice flush look and call it a day... a lot of people do 0 offset wheels and do negitive camber to the rear wheels to give it a more aggressive look... but that eats tires...

Aw man...I can't find these wheels with any other offset but 0...I have to look for others now! Any of you EG guys have suggestions? I mentioned another set there, but still not sure!

While trying to search for the offset on those Axis wheels, I found these! http://wheelstudio.com/view-wheel-tire-package/xxr-wheels/xxr-501-hyper-silver-with-machined-lip/wheel-size-all/wheel-bolt-pattern-all/wheel-price-all/vehicle-1928. Has a 38 offset. How is this!?

38 offset won't have the lip that makes them look so good... 0 offset is gonna require some fender work though. Don't those come in a +15 offset as well?
You'll still probably need to roll your fenders and then you'll be OK with some negative camber.
It takes work to run a low offset wheel

The Axis do come with +15 offset, but I haven't found a site where they sell them yet. Thanks for the response teal! About rolling the fenders though, I'm not down enough to do that yet, haha. I'm just looking to start at somewhere and build my way up. Again, thanks for the quick response!

The typical offset for the OG wheels is +25mm when the size is 15x8. Which will fit on an EG fine. Might need to roll the fenders some. That Banzai wheel has been discontinued for a while though.
