hey i guys i did a rear disk brake conversion on my eg and used all the righ parts as outlined in all the DiY's.

after putting them in i found they both needed rear wheel bearings so i bought the entire hub kits and replaced them

driver side went on no problems

passenger side i accidentally pulled the e-brake with the caliper off and the caliper wont go on the rotor anymore. i pushed the cylinder back in and even loosened up the e-brake cable all the way and it still seems to rub.

it seems to barley rub but its enough rubbing that when i drive my car around the block it heats up everything including the rim.

car still rolls but not as freely as before. all help is appreciated and NEEDED

see about getting the rotors turned.

rebleed the brake system. I had this problem with the fronts. Had to get new calipurs and bleed the crap out of the system.

ok the rotors were turned before i installed the brakes.

thanks for the info on bleeding the system. thats the most help ful and makes most sense, especially since it happened to you. i will definatly let you know how it goes thanks alot
