rear brake conversion help

i want to upgrade my rear drum brakes to disc brakes but idk which car will be compatible with my 95 honda civic dx hatchback, i did some research and found that a 94-01 integra and 99-00 civic si rear disc brakes will fit. i want to be 100% sure so i can head to the junkyard and start putting in work hahaha thanks! if you have any other info or cars let me know

92-95 EX civics (Sunroof Models), and 94-00 Integra rear discs 100% Fit.

ya 92-2000 teggy and 92-2000 civic. they are all the same. don't let people fool you and say the gsr or si are better or bigger. they are the same. just make sure you get the e-brake cables ant the rubber brake lines from caliper to hardline. The swap is easy. good luck
