my e brake doesnt work at all when i pull it up. i have to put my car in gear when im not driving. i adjust the e brake cable and doesnt work. its jst stock drum brakes. do i need some new brake lines? idk what is the problem.

take your drums off and look inside. Maybe your rear shoes are shot. While the drums are off, have someone pull the e-brake and see if you can find the problem. I hate working on rear drums.
