hey everyone as some of you know im getting GAB HA coilovers and know nothing about suspension lol, anyyay the guy asked me what spring rates io wanted? what would be the best for everyday driving/no racing?? trhanks

8k 6k would be the best for street daily driving. anything more would be stiffer and be more track use.

10k and 6k are what come on most entry level coil overs for the civic.

I daily a car with 12k/9k and love it. In fact Im going to up the rear rates and maybe the fronts.
