Just bought a 93 si hatch and want to install some speakers. I went to put the speakers in and i cant tell whick wire is negative and which is positve? I used a test lead and it lights up when i touch both of the wires. The colors are drivers and passengers front blue with a green stripe and gray with a black stripe. The rear are :passengers red with a yellow and tan with a white stripe. The drivers rear is blue with a yellow stripe and gray with a white stripe. I know this post is long but i want to hook it up right. Any info will help. Thanks.

There should be little stickers on the group of wires that connect to your deck, that will say which wires go to which speakers and if it's positive or negative.

wow um yea hes talking about the stock speaker wire colors.
