what kind of subs do u guys have in ur sols? what works well/sounds best?

i wired my sol for 1000 watts and use a sony xplod 1000 watt amp. the sub i have is a JL 12 in sub. it is in a pretty big box and sounds good... even with it in the trunk and how our sols have that double firewall...

I have two 10inch Sony Xplode 1000 watt Subs in one of my del sols.They work good but will rattle the trunk if you dont use a good amount of dyno mat. I think they would sound better if they where behind the seats but then it might be to loud. In my other 2 sols, I got 6 1/2 speakers 4 ways with a built in sub. They are loud enough for me.

yeah im over the whole bass thing... the sub and amp were cool for like a week, then i decided that the 6.5 in. speakers were all i needed... and i am a musician and music lover...
