For lack of a better place, I'm assuming this will fall into the "electrical" category. My apologies if this belongs somewhere else.
I did this mod on a 98 CRV that I had as a test run and wanted to do the same on my civic. I took the stock lame ass horn off the civic and installed a set of horns from a Chrysler Pacifica. I was able to reuse the Pacifica mounting brackets (with a little modification) and bolt them into the stock location of the oem Honda horn. The Chrysler horns are way louder and have a lot better tone and everything is still covered by the oem bumper. Here are some pics of the install. I wouldn't really call this a "How To" but you get the point.

I cant stand the clown car stock horn lol! It is funny to hear but not for me lol! Im a big dude. Everytime i hit the horn i want the "MOVE BITCH GET OUT THE WAY" lol!
