So the new coupe has power locks, and it also has keyless entry.
With the damn weather I haven't been able to play with it much, but I was just wondering something.
The little tab for the power locks, it doesn't seem to stay in any sort of position, it loosely moves back and forth not more than an inch or so.
There's no audio indication that I've locked or unlocked the doors, except for when I use the keyless of course. When it warms up I want to experiment with turning the engine on, rolling down the window and trying to lock myself out using the power locks and then having the engine off and see if there's any difference.
Can anyone tell me though, should I be hearing some sort of indication that the doors have been locked or unlocked? Or what is the locking button supposed to do? Stay rigidly in the "Locked" and "unlocked" position?
