integrated control unit

This might have been asked before, do different engines have different integrated control units?

I have two at home with different part numbers 38600-ST7-M1 and 385600-SR3-9112-M1.

I can see why they would. If they're different, there's probably a reason why, although I don't know. It could be as simple as an improved design over the previous year. Honda did everything for a reason :thumb:

The ICU is the black box in the back of the under dash fuse box.
It doesn't vary by engine, but by chassis trim and also by country. Canada has daytime running lights... EXs have intermittent wipers but CX, VX, and many DXs don't... You can even swap over an Integra ICU.
