So when im driving lately, my radio randomly decides to turn off and then will come back on. Could this be due to my battery going bad or what?

As in the car battery? No. The car runs on the alternator. The battery is there to start the car up (and also filter out the "noise" and dampen the electrical system).
Most likely it's poor radio wiring. The radio is aftermarket, right?

Yes but its all wired correctly and i just pulled it to check the wiring again and its fine. Its been fine for 2 years though. And also another problem is at night, when my lights are on, they will get brighter then fade a little then get brighter again, etc etc. And when the a/c is on it will blow super hard then slow down and back and forth sometimes...ive read some stuff and i think it might be the alternator

Sounds like the regulator on your alternator is bad.

So if my regulator is bad, does that mean the whole thing has to be replaced?

Yeah. Get one from the junkyard or get lifetime warranty at Autozone.
Have fun yanking it! I used to squeeze it out through the bottom. If I still had a Civic, I'd pop the driver's side axle out of the trans first.
