sup fellaz,
well idk y but my left headlight gave out.. ok so i tough it was my hid kit but i tested them n they work.. i even put my stock bulbs on n only the passenger headlight works.( tested both bulbs n they good) i checked fuses and they are good.. has this happened to anyone before?

Check the grounds.
It is a plastic box that looks like this with wires going in, except for yours will be on the inside of the fender- in the engine bay, because mine was wire-tucked.
