need advise on how to make my P windows smoother n faster, having trouble with them. it stops at the middle and I have to help raise them with my hands. need experienced advise pls.

If you have the time, take the whole regulator assembly off and scrub off all the dirty and old grease off the tracks. Flush it all clean with brake cleaner then heavy coatings of silicone spray. same for the rubber on the window tracks. the glass will slide like butter after.
