Civic EG

hey everyone... my feul gauge reads 1/4 when it empty not sure why but i dont like it and wanna fix it but not sure how... if anyone knows how to fix this please help me out...

more than likely ti could be one of two things the fuel sender unit....or the cluster guage ....id try another cluster quick test to see if its actually the guage itself....

if it is the guage the calibration is probaly off maybe someone played with the needle or something white face guage from ebay etc....so id just replace it straight up

if the other cluster reads the same its not your guage and more than liley a worn fuel sender unit.

well it does have those stupid white faces on it... so im gonna say someone played with it.. so how would i set the needle so it reads right??? would filling the car up and pulling the needle off and putting it back on work?

I'd try that. My needle was off after I took my white face gauges off, but it corrected itself after a fill up. Maybe I got lucky...
