found a blue box under my dash

ok so im working on putting in a ex chassis wiring harness (under the dash and ecu) in my dx and i found a blue box that says CONTL(ASSY) INTERLOCK anywho i was wondering what it does

im thinking since ive never seen one before something for cruise control or power locks.....
my guess is it powers something that locks whats the parts number any printed numbers on there?

yeah thats what i was thinking but no there are no numbers on it
and no my dx isnt auto but i found it on the ex harness and im not sure if that was auto or not

That blue box is in auto cars. It is what they use in stead of the clutch pedal switch on manual cars. So on auto cars, you have to hit your brakes to start it instead of pressing in the clutch on manual cars.

oooo ok well if im putting in an auto harness to manual car do i need to change any wiring?
