#130495 hi again,

my engine many light pops on at times but soon as i turn the car off and back onit is gone......... i have tried reading the code and it just seems to pulse the light at me which i thought maybe 10 = air flow sensor.

would this also explain ramdom loss of power for a secound then cutting back in??? any ideas, simular exp would be most appreciated. :thumb:

#130510 it could also be #1, or #10

is the blink short or long. if you can post a video, we will tell you :thumb:

1 O2A - Oxygen sensor #1
or
10 IAT - intake air temperature sensor

Give us the background on your car/engine... all original?
is the IAT installed properly? (look on the back/bottom of the #2 runner on your intake manifold)

the reason I ask is a bad oxygen sensor will cause your car to run very poorly.

Also moving this thread t ELECTRICAL since it is abot electrical and not the hatchback's chassis. more about that: http://civic-eg.com/viewtopic.php?t=5839

#130541 does any of your friends have a 92-95 civic? If so, swap o2 sensors for a few minutes. If your problem goes away... then get in your car and drive away fast!
jk
Then you will know for sure it is the O2 sensor. They wear out over time more than the IAT sensor. If you can test your car with one from a car that works, it can save you a lot of time and buying a part that you may not need :thumb:
