well after all this bullshit of testing wires ,fuses and relays i droped the z6 wiring harnness on stock and turned the key and what do u know bingo! wiring problem solved

it was the shielded wires mixed up in the other wires of the motor harness that made the pump not prime/constant CEL/No fire/ no oil light. so if u tuck the motor harness be sure you run the shielded wires away from the rest. and a big thanks goes out to Rigginit thanks man
