you've got a headache then...
You're going to have to get a pin out of your ECU.
Then find the wires that should go to the IAT sensor.
If they are there, then follow them all the way through your harness and see where they end up. Then move them to where they should be, by the IAT sensor.
Why your mani has no hole for the IAT sensor is beyond me. OBD1 D series have them on the back of the #2 runner. I see that flat spot on top of your #1 runner, I don't know if that is the spot where an IAT would go or not - I don't know B series intakes. If it is then take the IM off and drill the hole and install an IAT.
Or take the easier route I posted earlier and put it in the intake tube a few inches before the throttle body.
Then plug it in, reset ECU and the CEL should be gone
You'll need to research to see if it makes a difference which side each of the 2 wires are on the sensor, so you don't wire it up backwards.
