- Thu Feb 19, 2009 11:27 am #97433 i just got a 92 civic cx and eveything on the cluster works except the lights and speedometer. the E-brake, trunk light, ect work but not the ones to light up the speedometer. The speedometer works occasionaly when it feels like it. i checked fuses and my speed sensor, any ideas?

- Thu Feb 19, 2009 12:15 pm #97441 sounds like a bad cluster, if you know someone who has an EG i would try using there cluster and see if that works before buying a used one

- Thu Feb 19, 2009 2:07 pm #97463 buy a used one from an ex or si and you'll get a tach. the wiring is already there for it
the clusters in these cars, especially the speedo, seem to be buggy often.

- Fri Feb 20, 2009 8:29 pm #97780 Thanks for the help but this car is seeming to be more trouble than it looked like. My battery went dead yesterday and now it wont turn over, everything on the car seems to be working any ideas?
