- Fri Feb 06, 2009 7:12 pm #94594 everytime i turn off the ignition, get out and shut the door. i get shocked..its getting annoying and sometimes it actually hurts all the way up my arm. i have no system. all stock. both cars do this. how do i fix it or avoid it without wearing gloves all the time like a weirdo?

- Fri Feb 06, 2009 8:12 pm #94606 Static. This is how those gas station fires are started. Someone will start filling, then get back in their car (usually a woman stuffing shit in her purse), then get back out and touch the nozzle and the fumes ignite.

Shave everywhere and drive naked. :thumb:

Used to happen to my g/f alot when we first moved here. Now she has a habit of touching the glass first.
