Materials:

1.Flexible hose
2.Wires (stranded, both ends stripped by 1”)
3.Round end terminals
4.Pliers
5.Cutter
6.Hammer

Procedure:
1.Strip the metal end of the flexible hose. ( Do it on both ends)



2.Cut the rubber inside the metal braid about 1“( Do it on both ends)



3.Insert the wire inside the flexible hose.

5.Crimp the metal braid using the pliers on both ends


6.And your finish with your “friendship bracelet" I mean GROUND WIRE.

- Tue Feb 19, 2008 4:26 pm #42924 I just used 25mm² audio cable for chassis to tranny, and 18mm² audio cable for valve cover to chassis, soldered all ends to the crimps, but I guess this works as well... good write up!
