2 lobes on intake cam
2 lobes on exhaust cam

K24a1,a4
2 lobes on intake cam
1 lobe on exhaust cam(vtec on the intake side only)

K24a2
3 lobes on intake cam
3 lobes on exhaust cam

K20a3
2 lobes on intake cam
1 lobe on exhaust cam

K20a,a2,z1,z3
3 lobes intake cam
3 lobes exhaust cam

K24a8 is the best k24 other than the tsx.
