the best tyres to the torque h22 swap?

Hi i am interested to buy h22 swap eg and i finish buying rota´s subzero 16", i don´t know if will be better to buy 215/40/16" or 205/45/16" tyres to the torque h22?

No Tire will help an engines torque. However Stickier Tires grip better. Get the Stickiest Tires you can get your hands on for the best grip.
