I know that Cali BAR and smoke laws have changed not to long ago as far as swaps are concerned dose anyone know if i would still be able to swap an h22 motor in it if it is a usdm motor? I Belive jdm motors are out but any help or refference would be apreciated.

you know what, i was thinking about this last nite.. its a legal swap so it can be done

the h22 has to be the same year or newer then ur car
it has to have ALL the emission parts from the car u got the motor from either it being a prelude or a accord

it has to have the computer for that motor, so no chiping a p28 to run ur h22

and of course it has to be a usdm motor and pass smog

but i dont know what the emission parts off the prelude or the accord
but what you can do is call your closes bar station or ref and ask them, they should be able to help

and cheffey college(spelling) or mt san jacinto college(san jacinto campus) in the IE, i herd they bar motors for free or 25 bucks

you wouldent happen to know were i can get a list of locations and contact numbers for stat refs would you?
