- Wed Apr 27, 2011 4:51 am #252563 An H23a1 out of a 95 prelude would still do damage in our civics. No VTEC, but think of it as a REALLY big b18b. The h23 has a tad bit more bottom end torque due to it being a 2.3. I think I saw a video of a h23 hatch pulling on an h22 hatch. Here we go..
