So car has a JDM D15B VTEC engine with a Y8 IM and I believe a Y8 Oil Pump (Hence the two dipsticks). I haven't trudged down that path as it all seems to work, so why bother. As soon as I go investigate, it will open up a whole new can of worms and we all know how that goes so I have left it alone. Aside from the temporary body work that I did around the time I updated previously... I have acquired proper patch panels and will be doing a real fix on it as soon as I am able.

I have a few projects on the go with the car right now which include properly doing the body with patch panels. Those just came in the other day so I look forward to getting the time to do that.
I picked up a spare transmission as the input shaft bearing is rather noisy and the transmission could use a rebuild anyway so I am going to swap in the spare with a new clutch, flywheel, etc. and rebuild the other one myself, great learning adventure anyway. I recently just degreased it and I was surprised at how fast it worked, took maybe 2 hours max to do everything, prep, etc.
I also grabbed spare trailing arms to rebuild, when I did the coilover install I had issues with the rear end being rusty and seized so it all needs to be redone anyway, so figured the best bet would just grab some cheap, good condition arms and put in new bushings, brakes and just make it as painless as possible.
Once I acquire a beater, I still plan on boosting a D16Z6 or a D15B. It will be a lot of fun.
