Turbonetics 5 bolt flange size

So I have this turbonetics t3 super 60 I’m trying to use with a/c I ordered a ebay downpipe to make use of. I knew it wouldn’t fix properly just wanted it as a base to work off of my issue is the flange does not line up with the turbo. I ordered another flange it came in same size as the ebay one, does turbonetics use a special size?
