So, my Phearable ECU came in the other day :twisted:

4500 rpm 2step, 7000 rpm rev limit, and a standard phearable basemap for my mods.
I can definitely feel the car pull a bit harder in the 3500-5000 rpm range.

Also installed my OEM timing belt, no pics though :thumbdown:

Picked both up for $55. wrapped in newspaper right now to protect the lobes. it's going in tomorrow and expect a DIY to come with it! :D for all you guys out there wanting to squeeze extra power out of your B7.

- Thu Dec 03, 2015 2:32 pm #357765 I absolutely love my 06 TSX. I have owned a bunch of different Hondas and Acuras and driven lots of other cars and new this is what I wanted.

I still miss EGs though since I had a 95 sedan as my first car. I'm still parting out the hatch shell and getting rid of all the spare parts in my garage I have gathered over the years, and only keeping things I will actually use. I want a clean slate for the new sedan once I have a clean place to park both cars. And I'd rather not have 2 cars getting money dumped into them at the same time.

I am buying an EG sedan its just not a $1200 car off of craigslist this time 8)

I'm spending as much on an EG sedan as I paid for the TSX <<<Don't want that to sound like I'm being an ass, I just want people to know its expensive to do so its nto something everyone wants to deal with. The fees and shipping cost are pretty pricey. I am working with a local company that specializes in doing this so I don't have issues. I could handle the shipping and paperwork myself and save money but the laws regarding everything are complicated and I'd rather just spend a little extra and have it done right the first time so I don't have a car that I can't legally drive. I have to finish boosting the TSX which will be a few more months of getting parts together. I'm aiming for the end of 2016 to be in the process of getting the car(s) here. One is a full street legal car the other is a cut in half one for spare parts since some of the stuff is hard to find replacements for and I can bring a cut in half car over basically free tagging along with the street legal one.
