#352952 Actually, guys, I had a question. When I went to bolt down the Main bearing cap assembly,
I torqued the bolts in sequence to 33Ft-Lbs and I had about a half an inch of thread still showing. Are these the right bolts? Help a fella out :thumb:

The threads are way tighter at the top and then get longer and more separated at the middle. Are these the right ones?

#353118 MY CAR IS RUNNING AND DRIVING.

Got it put all back together and running today :thumb:
Biggest accomplishment. My 2 year project is finally put together and running. I LOVE driving it. It's like a drug! :D
But it rubs pretty bad, so tomorrow, I'm going to pull the fender liners and roll them as well as give her a bath. Then,
I have to register and insure her, so hopefully I'll be driving her around in the next few weeks! So excited! :thumb:

There is a high pitched whine or squealing noise coming from the engine bay and I think it might be a loose belt, but I'm not sure.
I'll post a video later. but the car definitely pulls! I was quite impressed when I accidentally peeled out after dumping the clutch at 3k rpms  :hehe:

#353152 I've got a few things to repair still, wobbly front right passenger side wheel, brakes are a bit mushy, and the timing belt needs to be tighter, but other than that, everything should be good! :thumb:

#353188 As far as future mods go:

- Roof Cargo Cage
- New mystery shifter (it's a secret  )
- seats (?)
- hood bra (?)
- get resonators welded in because it sounds really
soda can-ish right now.

Sorry for the late reply, but yeah I can! I cant wait. I need lower profile tires in the rear though because they're rubbing pretty hard
