- Sat Jun 04, 2011 11:33 am #258028 I got a bit bored off my wheels and the constant wheel arch scraping so iv tried to make the car more functional by buying smaller wheels. They are a bit scruffy but im in the process of refurbing them. The wheels are Black racing and are 15s.
Heres a pic of the progress so far:
Started to polish the lip, its taking a while as they were painted before.

Barrels and face painted a Merc dark grey with a matte lacquer.


One wheel placed together:


Still got loads to do yet and my hands are killing, but hopefully the end result will be worth it. :excited:

- Mon Jun 13, 2011 9:29 am #259276 I decided to ditch the polished lip as lacquering them was just failing. They lost the shine and polished look when lacquered so iv decided on a full coloured wheel now.




Just need to removed the sealant that has seeped through.

Hopefully have them fitted this week :excited:
